Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the MyAgenta service provided by CloudaiBrokers LLC (doing business as "MyAgenta"), located in Port Orange, Florida.

The service

MyAgenta provides an AI receptionist that answers your business phone, books jobs into your calendar, sends you text summaries of calls, and a professionally built website for your business.

Billing

The service is $279 per month, billed month to month. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid month.

Included call minutes

Your plan includes up to 2,000 call minutes per month. Most small shops never come close to this limit. If your usage exceeds it, we will contact you before any change to your plan.

ROI estimates

Any revenue or return figures shown in our ROI calculator are estimates only and are not guarantees. Your actual results depend on your call volume and how many callers book.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
